Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. If you do
not hear from us, you may assume that your order was processed.
- No Products Will Be Shipped to P.O. Boxes
ePillStore.net will not process orders to P.O. Boxes. All customers must have a valid billing and shipping address in order to receive products from MyPrivateDrugstore.com
- Prescription Processing
We do not process prescription orders on weekends. If you place an order after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be reviewed by a physician and sent to the pharmacy on Monday.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order any time before the physician approves it. You cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to Federal Law, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges of prescription medications.
